You agree not to use the Six Figure Author Academy for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Six Figure Author Academy.

We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

The Six Figure Author Academy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties. In no event shall the Six Figure Author Academy be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Six Figure Author Academy.

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida/US, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
